Weekend Projects
Fueled with caffeine, if not with beer, weekends are usually a riot of creativity and musings.
From painting strokes to bending vertices to will, I am always exploring new mediums to experiment with, but Photoshop and Blender3D stand out as my go to mediums.

3D Art
Ever since I got to know about Blender3D in 2005, I’ve tried my best to practice in my free time, be it all-nighters or weekend challenges. As an artist, practicing in 3D gives me a much better understanding of form, shapes and most importantly lighting.

Caricatures
Exaggerated; Overemphasized; All done for fun. Caricatures are therapy to me, it’s refreshing and really rewarding if you hit the likeness. In my early years of digital painting, I used to do a lot of caricatures for caricaturama3000, a group on Facebook, which helds weekly caricature challenge of famous celebrities.

CSGO MAPS
In an attempt to take a break from painting it's therapeutic to work on something out of your comfort zone. Creating custom CS:GO maps is one such thing I enjoy doing owing to a few chaotic teammates who enjoy practicing their headshots.

Digital Painting
The pleasure of painting is second to none, and it becomes much more immersive when it’s digital. I started painting digitally after I moved on from my first job and was able to afford a wacom tablet. It’s been a long time since then and my love for painting has only multiplied with every single artwork.

SPEEDPAINTING
Daily Spitpaint, a group on Facebook, that helps artists by posting random topics everyday. “Spitpainting" or speedpainting is supposed to be a hard exercise. It's done to train you to generate ideas faster, paint faster, and get out of your comfort zone and all this done in under 30 mins.

VALUE STUDIES
Digitally painted, these are just a few of the value studies I have done over the years, these practices help me as an artist to understand form and light. It’s one of my go to warm up exercises.

Game CONCEPTS
When you have developers as friends and a bunch few who relish brainstorming on game designs over Discord, weekends are bound to feel like game jam sessions. It's always refreshing to flesh out a few concepts and also spend countless hours on stack overflow if I'm coding them.
